Social Media Training with Excelsior is a one to one session where I will give you personalised insight and training on your business social media and how you can make various changes to get your social media presence where you want it to be.
These sessions aren't just about my expertise, they are fully tailored to give you advice on areas you want to improve or change.

Upon booking, you will be sent a 'KNOW YOUR BRAND' online survey to fill out and return to me upon paying your initial deposit. This booklet allows you to let me know your aims, social media accounts you aspire to, what you want to learn more about and what you struggle with. From this tailored points of discussion and advice for you are created.
This is the ultimate option for businesses who knows what they want from their brand, who like to be in control of their social media platforms but is in need of some guidance, expertise and strategy to level up your social media marketing, reach your goals and ultimately increase your income!
1:1 Social Media Training is a face to face meeting where clients can take notes throughout.
Face to Face meetings can be done in person at Excelsior HQ or via Zoom.
This is ideal for clients who prefer to bounce off conversation, like making their own notes and have the time to have a one to one meeting session.
Sessions In Person can be up to 4 people but must be within the same tailored business.
Corporate Trainings for multiple people or clients who require travel for meetings in their own location are charged subject to enquiry.

I often get asked the difference between the tiers and which is the best tier to go for. The higher the tier the more information received that could aid your social media marketing and take your business to the next level. You can also see descriptions above however I do not give specifics of what you will learn as everyones aims are different which I take into consideration for the personalised consultancy.
All personalised consultancy sessions require a 50% deposit to secure your consultancy meeting or booklet, once deposit is received you will be sent your 'KNOW YOUR BRAND' booklet to complete.
For face to face meetings, the remaining deposit will be made payable at the end of the meeting, for zoom meetings on the day prior to the start of the meeting and for digital booklets I will email you once your booklet is ready, when the remaining amount will be made payable and then your booklet will be sent to you ready for you to ask questions.
You can then look forward to soaking up the social media knowledge and inspiration to turn your brand into a social media force to reckoned with!
