BRANDING CONTENT CREATION

All Branding Content Creations must be paid for in full prior to creation. 

All Content Creations come with 4 changes, any changes are this will come at an additional £3 charge.

WEBSITE DESIGN 

All Website Designs will require a 50% payment upfront prior to creation with the remaining 50% made payable once the the client is happy with the design and handover is complete.

 

Should you wish to have a set up meeting to be assisted with setting up domain, Wix business account set up, payment set up etc this will come at an additional charge per hour, made payable at the end of the meeting. This meeting will also act as a handover. Once handover is completed The Excelsior Collaborative are no longer responsible for the handling and management of your website, with third-party, Wix Hosting being responsible for all technical issues, questions or queries. The Excelsior Collaborative will also no longer store your password as this should be changed by the client upon handover in accordance to our Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Should the client choose not to take part in the additional set up meeting by The Excelsior Collaborative, handover and remaining payment will be made payable once design is happy with and handed over. The Excelsior Collaborative will then not be liable for any technical obstacles during the set up stage and the client should enquire directly with Wix hosting or their payment provider. Should any questions or queries be presented at this stage the client may contact theexcelsiorcollaborative@outlook.com however will be charged for set up should any set up exercises need to be carried out by The Excelsior Collaborative.

CONTENT CREATION DAYS 

Payments for Content Creation Days will require a 50% deposit upfront with the remaining 50% made payable at the end of the day. 

Content Creation Days can create up to 2 months worth of content depending on the nature of the products/service being carried out. Therefore this is not guaranteed. 

Edited Images and Captions will be be sent via email in JPEG and PDF format no later than 14 days post creation day.

PERSONALISED CONSULTANCY 

Personalised Consultancy Sessions require a 50% deposit to secure your meeting or booklet. This covers the thorough and in depth research on your brand, the market and direction for your brand prior to and to be presented at our meeting or within your booklet. The remaining payment on the day of your meeting and prior to your booklet being sent.

Personalised Consultancy Meetings can be carried out in person or via Skype. In the case of a Skype meeting, payment will be made payable at the beginning of the meeting for security, technical and copyright reasons. 

​

In terms of personalised consultancy meetings, travelling to clients is happily carried out unless asked otherwise, however any meetings that are outside of London that require further travel will come with an additional fee to cover travel costs. These meetings may require planning further in advance. This is also the case with Content Creation Days. 

​

SCHEDULE AND AVAILABILITY 

Availability is constantly changing along with schedule due to demand of work. Therefore a time frame will be given when booking for content creation however this time will not exceed more than 4 weeks at each time. This will be longer for websites. Fast Tracks are available each week at an additional cost. This is explained in FAQ's and if you are interested in fast tracking please ask when placing orders or enquiries. 

All availability for personalised consultancy or content creation days will be made known upon enquiry and consultation. 

All messages are aimed to be responded to within 24 hours however at weekends, public or annual holidays this made be exceeded.
