All Social Media Hosting clients will be required to handover their password for account management to complete this service, this password will ONLY be used by The Excelsior Collaborative and will not be shared with anyone else or any third party. As well as being stored in an encrypted file. Other information that may be needed from time to time to process a request may also be collected as indicated on the website. Should client partnerships with The Excelsior Collaborative be terminated, these passwords will no longer be held.
