This may also include social media account links.  All website creations require the clients email address and a password will be created for you upon creation, during handover this password should be changed by the client and The Excelsior Collaborative are no longer liable or store this password. All Social Media Hosting clients will be required to handover their password for account management to complete this service, this password will ONLY be used by The Excelsior Collaborative and will not be shared with anyone else or any third party. As well as being stored in an encrypted file. Other information that may be needed from time to time to process a request may also be collected as indicated on the website. Should client partnerships with The Excelsior Collaborative be terminated, these passwords will no longer be held.
