HOW DO YOU TAKE ORDERS/ENQUIRIES FOR YOUR SERVICES?

All enquiries for services are made through enquiry forms on the designated enquiry form and page per service. We also take enquiries through social media direct messages as well as via email. Questions are also all answered via DM on Instagram or Email.

WILL YOU EDIT WORK MADE BY SOMEONE ELSE?

With regards to logos, graphics or any creative content, I will not edit work made by someone else. You will be charged for a new creation. I can however create updated content for websites or update an existing website as long as it is hosted by Wix.

HOW DO YOU DESIGN WEBSITES?

I design and create websites using Wix hosting therefore I am a Wix expert. As I have found this is the best, easiest and most cost effective website hosting for various independent businesses. Therefore as per terms and conditions once handover is complete website ownership and therefore management is solely down to the client. We are available on email for any website questions or queries however it is a possibility that you will be handed over directly to Wix to handle your query, especially with regards to any possible technical issue. However should you require updates in terms of designs, layout, headers, information changes or SEO optimization then please contact us for this at any time. Any minor edits will be free of charge as long as your sole design was with The Excelsior Collaborative, any larger edits or multiple edits will require an editing fee.

WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING DAYS/HOURS?

Working hours are not set therefore are flexible. However hours are significantly reduced from 4pm Friday to 9am Monday. I aim to answer enquiries within 24 hours however on weekends or public holidays this may be exceeded but will never exceede 48-72 hours. Working Hours and availability are always communicated via Instagram or Facebook.

HOW LONG DO DESIGNS TAKE? 

All time frames will be sent to you once ordering depending on work load. Availability and scheduling regarding content creation days and personalised consultancy will be sent to you upon enquiry and consultation.

HOW DO I RECEIVE THE GUIDE?

The ONWARDS AND UPWARDS ON SOCIAL MEDIA Guide will be sent to you upon purchase via the website via download..

DO YOU DO SOCIAL MEDIA HOSTING/MANAGEMENT?

Not currently however please email us if this is something you are interested to discuss at theexcelsiorcollaborative@outlook.com as we will be taking on minimal clients Summer 2021 and have a waiting list for this.

CAN I FAST TRACK MY CONTENT CREATION/WEBSITE DESIGN? 

If fast tracking is something you are interested in for content creation or website design I have 3 fast track spaces available a week for content creations and 1 a month for website designs which come at an additional cost. Please email or make it known you would like to fast track when ordering or enquiring and the additional cost will be sent to you. Fast track will not be done until this payment is complete.
